This image shows a good amount of people of color. In this image based on the description it says “negro flood refugees lined up waiting for food in forest city, Arkansas camp”. It was taken in Feb.1937. Just by observing this image I could already tell how long the line is and haven’t gotten enough help as other people. You can also see that they have been waiting for a while because you can see people there looking tired and they are slouching because of how tired they are waiting. Also you can see how affected people of color were by the flood and how hungry they are and desperate for some help. And it totally connects to the information my group has collected. Based on some outside information because of the flood they had to migrate to another place and stay at some camps. Some questions I have is how are they dealing with all those emotions that they are having?. And just in general what are they planning to do?.
